Lounge Pass is non-transferable and is only valid up to its expiry date and when it has been signed by the pass holder.
This Pass cannot be used by any other person other than the pass holder.
We do not assume any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage suffered by the pass holder.
Lounge access may be limited owing to capacity restrictions which is completely at the discretion of the lounge operator.
Please note that all the lounges reserve the right to refuse entry 30 minutes prior to the lounge closing time.
Lounge access is subject to per passenger.
If the pass holder agrees to pay for the co traveler(s) he/she can purchase lounge pass separately by calling @ 1-866-218-1529 (Toll Free).

Booking Process
Bookings can be made for up to fifteen months in advance and not less than 24 hours in advance of departure, by simply calling @ 1-866-218-1529 (Toll Free).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel a booking by calling us @ 1-866-218-1529 (Toll Free) 48 hours prior to your departure.
All such cancellations and refunds shall be conducted in accordance with the respective lounge policies.
Under no circumstances will Lookupfare refund for any 'no shows' or unused Bookings.
